What KB365Service is

KB365Service is a privacy-first website analytics tool operated by KB Software LLC (Boca Raton, FL). Website owners install our tracker script to measure traffic on their own sites. This policy covers both (a) visitors to kb365service.com and (b) end-users whose pageviews are tracked on third-party sites that use our script.

What we collect — and what we don't

We collect:

• Page URL of the viewed page
• Referrer URL (where the visitor came from)
• A random session ID stored in sessionStorage — automatically deleted when the browser tab closes
• Device type derived from screen width (desktop / tablet / mobile)
• Country derived from Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry header
• Screen resolution (width × height)

We do NOT collect:

• IP addresses — not stored anywhere
• Cookies — none set, ever
• Browser fingerprints
• Names, emails, or any personally identifiable information
• Cross-site tracking data

How data is stored

Event data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge), operated by Cloudflare Inc. Data is retained indefinitely unless a site owner requests deletion. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

GDPR / CCPA

Because we collect no cookies, no IP addresses, and no PII, KB365Service does not require a GDPR consent banner on sites that use it. Data collected is aggregate and non-identifiable. If you are a site owner and have questions about data for your users, contact us at the address below.
